London based, Plan8 Music, are an independent music production company. They specialise in the production of soundtracks for organisations such as the BBC, Sky, Channel Five, CNN and Nickeldeon to name but a few, utilising their own in-house music talent as well as promoting and featuring independent writers.

Rogue Interactive Ltd were approached and appointed to design and build a unique, intuitive and user friendly web based application that could manage their diverse range of music.

The system we delivered consisted of the following elements:

• Advanced administration area for track assignment and category management

• CMS system for managing website visual content

• AJAX based system for navigating through genres, albums, composers, moods with instant results updated in real-time.

• Super-fast keyword search system

• Previewed and Project "light-box" style system to help users manage their searches and files

• Instant audio playback or download of samples and full tracks in mp3 or WAV format.
